We service all of Saginaw, and parts of North Fort Worth, Haslet, Keller, and Eagle Mountain!
If you're unsure if you fall within our service area, just send us a message with your location and we will happily check for you!
If you're not located within our service area, we may still be able to still service you with an additional travel fee based on mileage, dependent on location and schedule availability.
We've added to the team and are booking dog's up to 60lbs for Kiauna! Larger dogs will likely need to be scheduled with multiple groomers upon availability.
We do not offer full grooms on kitties. However, we do offer kitty nail trims for existing clients. Pet must be cooperative and pet parent must assist in holding.
At this time, we do NOT limit by breed.
We do have a weight limit of 60 pounds. Even at this weight, the pet must cooperate for grooming. Please keep in mind we won't always have another groomer available for additional assistance. Insurance won't allow for pet parents in the vehicle during appointments. Dogs above 60 lbs are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Pets that prove to be too powerful for the equipment (ie. pulling/bending the table arm, breaking groom loops, kicking tools out of my hands, etc.) will be referred to a brick and mortar shop that has access to additional groomers and means to service these powerful large/giant breeds. No aggressive pets. Scared and anxious pets are welcome.
Appointments are set up on recurring schedules of 4, 6 and 8 weeks. Occasionally throughout the year, appointments are shifted out an extra week to give the groomer time off.
Appointments are scheduled at an approximate time. There is a 45 minute arrival window on each side of the appointment. We will do our best to arrive during this window, but please be aware that as a Mobile Service, we may move faster or slower depending on traffic, gas stops, previous pet's cooperation level, last minute schedule or service changes, etc.
Appointment reminders are sent two days prior as well as one day prior to the appointment. We will send an ETA message when headed to your appointment. If you're not available upon my arrival, we will move on and that appointment will be considered a no-show.
Mobile Grooming is a luxury, personalized service, that comes out to your home. There is a larger overhead being a mobile service that fluctuates with the economy therefore mobile grooming pricing varies and is generally higher than brick and mortar prices.

If you're unsure where you pet falls on the scale, feel free to attach a photo of your pet along with their breed, weight and what kind of hair cut you're wanting if applicable to the message above and we would be happy to send you an estimate!
