We service all of Saginaw, and parts of North Fort Worth, Haslet, Keller, and Eagle Mountain!

If you're not located within our service area, we may still be able to still service you with an additional travel fee based on mileage, dependent on location and schedule availability.

Unfortunately, we do not offer kitty grooming at this time.

We accept ALL breeds - big or small!

Although we do not have a weight limit, all pets must cooperate for grooming. Routes may include 2 groomers on certain days to cater to breeds that need the additional help - large, stability concerns, etc. 

Pets that prove to be too powerful for the equipment will be referred to a brick-and-mortar shop that has access to additional groomers and resources. 

Pet parents are not allowed in the vehicle during appointments due to insurance reasonings.

No aggressive pets. Scared and anxious pets are welcome. 

Appointments are set up on recurring schedules of 4, 6 and 8 weeks. Occasionally throughout the year, appointments are shifted an extra week to give our groomers time off.

Appointments are scheduled at an approximate time. There is a 1 hour arrival window on each side of the appointment. We will do our best to arrive during this window, but please be aware that as a Mobile Service, we may move faster or slower depending on traffic, gas stops, previous pet's cooperation level, last minute schedule or service changes, etc.

Appointment reminders are sent two days prior as well as one day prior to the appointment. We will send an ETA message when headed to your appointment. If you're not available upon our arrival, we will move on and that appointment will be considered a no-show. 

Mobile Grooming is a luxury, personalized service, that comes out to your home. There is a larger overhead being a mobile service that fluctuates with the economy therefore mobile grooming pricing varies and is generally higher than brick-and-mortar prices.

If you're unsure where you pet falls on the scale, feel free to attach a photo of your pet along with their breed, weight and what kind of hair cut you're wanting if applicable to the message above and we would be happy to send you an estimate!
